Last updated: 3 August 2026

This portfolio collects as little data as possible. Below you can read exactly what is kept, why, and what rights you have. If you have a question, feel free to email justin@realnetworks.be.

Who is responsible

Justin Van Dijck is responsible for processing your data through this website.

Business name: Realnetworks. Company number: BE0889780010. Address: Zoersel, Handelslei 102. You can reach me at justin@realnetworks.be.

What data I collect

This website has no contact form and collects no personal data of its own. If you send me an email, I only process what you put in it yourself, such as your name, your email address and your message.

I use no analytics software and no tracking cookies, so no data about your browsing behaviour is collected.

Why I use that data

I use your data only to answer your message and to follow up on a possible collaboration.

The legal basis for this is your request to get in touch, together with my legitimate interest in being able to answer it. I do not use your data for advertising and never sell it on.

Who I share data with

The website is hosted with Vercel. As with any website, the hosting provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and available.

Apart from the hosting provider I share your data with no one, unless the law requires me to.

How long I keep data

I do not keep your emails and data longer than needed to handle and follow up on your request. If nothing comes of a conversation, I delete the correspondence after 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to restrict or object to the processing. You can also ask to have your data transferred.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to justin@realnetworks.be. I will respond as soon as possible and within the legal time limit at the latest.

Filing a complaint

If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, or via contact@apd-gba.be.

Changes

I may update this privacy policy if the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
